Total Valve Services provide NATA accreditation for new valves and overhaul, repair and certification for valves in operation.
Working to both NATA and ISO 9001:2008 standards and with experience in all types of PSVs including pilots, we are committed to meeting stringent client deadlines and specifications, often critically important for shutdowns.
Our dedicated PSV test bay is fully equipped and certified to pneumatic test up to 69MPag (10,000psig) and hydro testing to 172MPag (25,000psig). We also carry an extensive range - over a million dollars stock - of flanges and fittings, enabling us to handle practically any size and poundage of valve.
Our technicians are fully trained in all relevant valve repair and service activities. Many valve shops undertake valve service projects but must then subcontract significant areas of the work to others. Total Valve Services provide a complete solution:
