Control Valve Diagnostics

TVS's Control Valve Diagnostics takes the guesswork out of control valve servicing by performing a non-intrusive test on pneumatic and solenoid controlled valves using the ProfilerTM Advanced Valve Diagnostic Test System.

The Profiler is an amazing maintenance tool that allows to effectively prioritise service requirements. As a trouble-shooting tool, it enables our technicians to exactly pinpoint any service issues with your control valves. For new plants or valves, it enables our technicians to profile the valves, benchmark their performance and highlight any issues.

This service can be provided at site and performed while the valve is either live, utilising a bypass, or isolated. We also provide the same service at our workshop, performing pre- and post- overhaul tests.
